Usage Agreement
SmartZone™ is a computer network service that connects to high speed internet which shares the speed from the Internet Service Provider (ISP). Therefore, the speed of the internet service results from the original speed from the Internet Service Provider (ISP) and the number of people using the service at that time.
SmartZone™ has the right to take no responsibility in any error except which is caused by the SmartZone™ system and will automatically reimburse hourly usage time to the user if there was an error caused by SmartZone™ that had effect on usage time.
SmartZone™ has the right to shut down its system for maintenance on any terms and will reimburse lost usage time effected by its maintenance operation.
SmartZone™ cards must be used at the location where they were purchased. SmartZone™ is not responsible for mispurchased cards.
SmartZone™ has the right to temporarily disable our service without notice if we've detected that your computer has caused problems to the overall system, for example viruses, P2P or Torrent programs for downloading.
Warning!
Downloading licensed material from the internet without the owner's persmission is a violation of rights and is considered illegal. SmartZone™ takes no responsibility for the user's illegal actions.
